Kris Hill has worked in the building industry his entire professional career. As a heavy machine operator early on, Kris worked on a team that put in water systems for rural communities in the area. Later, he started Kris Hill Company, which was actually a tile laying company where he continued to hone his skills in the homebuilding arena. In 2001, Kris changed the focus of his company from tile to home building, and since then has built over 50 homes ranging from $250k to over a million dollars. Today, Kris focuses on building 3-4 high-end homes each year so that he can efficiently and effectively focus his attention on each one.

Cathy Hill knows advertising. In the late 90s, she started Adventure Advertising, a company with a niche marketing focus. In 2000, she moved on to Skogman Realty to sell real estate, and has been selling houses through them ever since. Cathy and Kris are a husband and wife team who work well together to bring high-end homes to this market. Cathy markets and sells every spec home for Kris Hill Company. And because she is involved in each home early on in the design process, she has an intimate knowledge of what went into the home, and why. |
